Two lines bending units

Ovili two lines bending units by Modico allow you to bend thicker plastic materials. Provided by a second upper heating line, make bending process simultaneously to the two material sides. In case of thinner materials, it makes heating process much shorter.

Compatible with most plastics and material thicknesses from 1/64 to 1/2” (0.4 mm to 15 mm).

Our resistance wires offer the longest life available. In addition, two line units includes Temperature Control (separately for each line) and Timer Control, which provides superior performance and eliminates discoloration, yellowing and distortion when bending colored and printed surfaces.
